When A Friend Asks Advice

Ever have a friend who asks you for your advice?

I mean, over and over again?  Gets old doesn’t it?

What they should do, health-wise, is so painfully obvious.

They know it. You know it. Even a young child knows it.

To know is to do. To know and not do, is to not yet know.  To my friend from yesterday, who’ll probably never read this, and to anyone else in denial – figure it out.

Health Blogs

You Can Do It
You Can Do It

There are somewhere in the neighborhood of 80-million blogs on the Internet, and growing daily.

There are 221-million results if you Google “Health Blogs”.

What are all these health-blog people trying to say? Please let me summarize for you:

  1. Dream Big
  2. Get There
  3. Stay There

If your goal isn’t impossible, you’re not reaching high enough.

PS. Do your excuses make you stop or make you sick? Mine made me sick. Sick to think that I’m the only one responsible for my actions and I wasn’t doing anything about it, except making excuses.

Excuses be damned.

Everyday Courage Has Few Witnesses

All Proof Destroyed?
All Proof Destroyed?

“Everyday courage has few witnesses. But yours is no less noble because no drum beats for you, and no crowds shout your name.” Robert Louis Stevenson

Maybe you believe in yourself, or maybe you don’t.

The more days that you go without quitting what you you really want to do, the stronger your belief will become.

There really is no other way to change.

You simply must have resolve. A goal is not enough.

You must want this for the rest of your life.

Remember, your everyday courage will have very few witnesses.

How’s that sound?
