Pack like you mean it

What a top floor view, huh?
Sung like “Ain’t no sunshine when she’s gone”…Ain’t no glamour on the road.

 

With a preferred speaking style of running shoes, jeans, and a nice shirt, all i need to pack is the dress shirt. Everything else i wear, i wear as i travel.

Walked seven miles roundtrip from hotel to client’s office to speak all day.

Also packed gloves and a hat, knowing the forecast was below freezing.

The last day i exercise is the healthiest i will ever be in my life.

Here’s to hoping it was yesterday.

As opposed to your senior-year high school gym class.

Love when a plan comes together.

Because the speaker request was for yesterday, a Tuesday, i didn’t have to cancel any workouts.

Seems insignificant, but when you only workout three times a week, missing one puts you down 33%.

And because the 2.5-hour session was “Amazing”, this morning’s workout will be icing on the cake.

Back home from the three-hour exercise session, and just before lunch…

Started adding some salt to my diet – i’m probably deficient.

 

Was heading to Goodwill after lunch and passed by Allergy Doctor’s office…

 

flu shot agreement
Signed the flu shot agreement yesterday. No issues as of this morning.

 

37 degrees at 6:15am

Wore sweat pants yesterday.

Something i rarely do.

Wasn’t even sure where to look for a pair.

i do not like cold weather.

At all.
