Not feeling like it is a habit

Not feeling like exercising today is a habit.

Eating sensibly is a good idea, but not today, too busy and too much stress – this too is a habit.

Do one thing today that’s easy

Do one thing today that’s easy.

For example, do one pushup (or whatever).

Tomorrow do the same.

Do this five days the first week.

The second week, try doing two pushups a day.

If that two is too much too soon, stay with one a day for another five days.

This is the easiest path to wellness.

Make your progress small and steady.

The goal is to never make it too hard to succeed.

The impossible goal should only be to never quit.
