Endangered species, likes

Long ago, at least a decade i’d say, i removed WordPress’s blog comment feature. Why? It’s a backdoor for ill-intentioned people.

Likes are a social media algorithm enhancer (generally). Likes provide a real, or false, incentive for people to “like” your posts. Even if they don’t. Not a good vibe for me.

Physical gymnastics

To me physical gymnastics means we use all the gymnast’s traits to “perfect” our cardio, strength, core, flexibility, sleep, nutrition, and motivation.

Our physical vibrancy is counting on us to proactively prevent or mitigate disease, injury, and illness as we age. And, to enjoy vibrantly active, healthy daily living.

Back home. Ten-milers used to be runs. My daily and weekly mileage never came from walking.

When people say… 

With everything that’s coming at us (etc) it’s time to really focus on our health and well-being. Wellness has never been more important.

Never?

Ever?

May i just ask, “Are you serious?”

What do they mean “it’s time”?

Hasn’t it always been time?

Always.

Like always.

Seriously.
