The youngest of the nine got continuous exercise. The other eight got a tiny bit during the five-minute snow ball fight.
The ability to exercise our body is a wealth many neglect to cash in on.
Turn our observations into inspiration?
Inner voice: What? Because it’s really difficult you’re not even going to try? And you call yourself a leader?

Dear blogger, your post seemed to target that body weight defines a person.
Weight is a metric like any other metric.
Shift gears for a second.
The number of children we have (or don’t have) can also be a metric.
Some metrics are easy for others to see.
Most aren’t.
Our body is a gift from God. A temple housing everything that keeps us alive.
How we honor that (or don’t honor that) is easily measured.
And yes, it’s a struggle, a battle, an on again off again thing – until one day it’s only an on again thing. Only.
Be well and remain amazed.

Weather is one of many excuses we can easily summon to postpone exercising.
Coatland at the mall. Spending a few hours away from the small one-bedroom Senior Living apartment seemed reasonable after three days.
Father and son hanging out. All the shoppers wearing coats, so we called it “Coatland”. A far cry from sub-tropical Orlando.
Wellness is a year-round commitment. Cold weather or no cold weather.
