If only we had spent more time avoiding exercise

We may not think we are dedicating our lives to avoiding exercise, but that’s exactly the end result for many.

Yee haw! Two purposeful days of active rest. No travel. Orlando-stay-at-home lucky.

Expecting a decent run this morning.

When we dedicate ourselves to an active lifestyle in spite of the overwhelming odds it will fail, we can go into a day without the need to exercise because it will be so stimulating that physical activity is not necessary this day.

It’s a nice feeling.

A bit like money in the bank.

Work took priority over exercise yesterday. Called an audible because the day prior had seen a strong bike ride and a great core workout at Gold’s Gym.

So yesterday became an ‘active rest’ day.
