What tradeoffs are we willing to make?
To create time to get (and stay) healthy we have to destroy the time we spent doing some other thing.
This is more important than figuring out exactly what type of exercise we need to do.
Our first action is determining what will be left undone – possibly forever.
Painful?
Yes.
Easy?
No.
Worth the effort?
Only one person can rationalize our answer.

Opt to not make a choice.
While the focus here is exercise, it applies to all five of life’s big choices.
For example, when was the last time you exercised? How would vibrant health impact your attitude, spirit, energy at work, energy at home?

To be honest, there are still many things that can be done before that.
Still have 90 minutes before needing to make a three minute walk to ‘the office’.
Everyday our life is about making choices.
Balance. Energy. Priorities. Our purpose.
