Can you intelligently (and convincingly) explain why you aren’t exercising?

Why not?
And if yes…
When do you plan to start exercising?
Back to how many years you think you’ll live.
Do you suppose you’ll be healthier if you started gradually and then eventually, say in a year or two, you kept with it forever?

Dennis said when he started swimming a year ago he could only do two laps – up and back counts as two.
Now, in an hour, he swims 68 laps (34 up and backs).
His goal is 100 laps in an hour.
He also went from hating running and believing whole-heartedly that he could never run, to running for 30 minutes.
And, he said, “I love it and look forward to it.”
He also stated that he’s lost 35 pounds.

Supposing you’re an adult and you have a functional body where you can walk, bend, reach, etc.
Do you do enough of that to raise your heart rate and engage your metabolism in such a way that your body thanks you for using it?

We attended two different Church services yesterday morning and then went to lunch. Cheryl is still working at Disneyland (two weeks total).

Super grateful i haven’t made this a full-time mantra.
Why?
Because High School gym class might have been the last time i exercised.
Instead, my answer is two days ago. And in an hour, i’m biking 40k roundtrip (an hour ride each way) and spending an hour at Golds Gym in between.
