It’s Everything

Had a childhood dream to be an Olympic athlete. Finally came true at 50, in Finland.

Every person is telling a story. We judge ourselves on what we plan to do. Others judge us on what we’ve already done.

jeff noel has been telling a personal wellness and personal responsibility story for two solid years. Lane 8 is only one of the five (I know many of you are tired of hearing this – sorry) differently-themed blogs I write.

And this blog may stop in a few more days. Not for good, but for a while. Just didn’t want you to be caught off guard, in case you don’t follow the other 4 blogs.

A Story

Life’s important lessons are passed down and taught from one generation to the next. The original “Internet” was a story – told to another, usually in a cave, sitting around a fire.

jeff noel’s fitness secret is simple. The secret to fitness is having it become part of who you are. Part of your style, your personality, your way of living.

Looking at it any other way sets you up for failure. Sure, there will be days when it’s a chore, but so are a lot of things, even those that give us the greatest pleasure.

Small & Impossible

Sure, it’s crazy, but so what? Who cares? You better!

So I made two goals, opposite ends of the spectrum, which is what I recommend for you – whether beginner, intermediate or advanced. Make a small, easily achievable goal. And then, set an impossible goal.

Small – one mailbox a day for a week.

Impossible – dreamt big to get, and more importantly to stay, healthy – for a lifetime.
