To teach is to learn twice. Aim for perfection, settle for excellence. Every day preach the Gospel, and if necessary, use words. If your goal isn’t impossible, you’re not reaching high enough.
The number one way to learn is to teach. You know this. Imagine wanting to become an excellent professional speaker (another impossible goal). Could jeff noel take the most obscure thing, like running, and apply Disney Business Practices to become an Olympic athlete?

So I made two goals, opposite ends of the spectrum, which is what I recommend for you – whether beginner, intermediate or advanced. Make a small, easily achievable goal. And then, set an impossible goal.
Small – one mailbox a day for a week.
Impossible – dreamt big to get, and more importantly to stay, healthy – for a lifetime.

Missed it last year too…
The 2011 Master’s Track & Field Indoor National Championships will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, March 4-6.
I will not be there.
Of course, this is a trivial issue for all of you. In fact, I’d go as far as saying, unless you’re my Mother, you don’t care.
That’s okay, we can still be friends. But let this “disappointment” be another one of many, in the quest for an impossible goal.
