Do what you need to do when you need to do it.

Right?

Whether you feel like it or not.

Right?

Do what you have to do

Candy
Trashed it all.

Bought a bag of candy for Halloween yesterday. Ate one thing which led to another, and another, and even more.

Poured half the bag into a bowl for Trick-or-Treaters and threw away the other half.

We had zero visitors and at bedtime i poured the bowl into the trash.

Seem wasteful?

In my book, eating too much candy is wasteful.

Do what you have to do.

Why?

Because you have to live with your choices.

To neglect this is to literally neglect everything

To neglect this is to literally neglect everything.

Your health.

Your company’s health.

Blinding flash of the obvious, health is wealth.

Getting and staying healthy is constant, tiring, repetitive work.

What else is there to live for if not to live with vibrancy? Too lofty? Too elusive? Too hard? What other path could possibly be easier? The path that includes a lack of wellness created by unfocused and undisciplined choices?

Entrepreneurial discipline.

It’s similar to Olympic athlete discipline.
