Why does this matter, body

Reps (repetitions) matter because they form habits.

Habits matter because they produce results.

Results matter because it’s your life.

A tree doesn’t grow overnight

Acorn sprouting
From a tiny acorn, a mighty oak does grow.

A tree doesn’t grow overnight, but a tree does grow.

Same with our health and wellness efforts.

Slow and steady growth over time produces remarkable results.

So does slow and steady neglect.

Habits change lives in two ways

Disney culture expert jeff
So simple. So elusive. In business. In personal life.

Have been saying this since 1999 when i became a Disney Institute facilitator, “Culture is simply habits”.

With that in mind…

  • Habits equal behaviors.
  • Behaviors equal results.
  • Habits equal results.

We thrive or not in relation to the energy of our habits.

Simple math says intentional habits yield intentional results and unintentional habits yield unintentional results.

Surprised to learn vitamin D was low

Walgreens receipt
Love the mundane beauty of a simple, ordinary receipt and moment in time (yesterday). Purchased a bottle of Vitamin B12 and one of vitamin D3.

Rode bike to Dr. Patel’s office to review bloodwork and CT scan results.

Overall, great results.

Vitamin D and B12 are low.

Dr. Patel recommended D3 2000 IU and B12 1000mg.
