All or nothing

Not being all in means you’re not all in.

100% all-in obliterates every other percentage of “in”.

Being 90% ‘in’ is a great start, but it eventually cheats on 100% all-in, when the going gets tough.

The going always gets tough.

Insight: 90% and 10% both fail. One happens faster, but failure still happens in both cases.

Without exception, all-in is required for what you desire most.

Exceptional discipline required to be at this place, at this time year, with these Disney figurines, and the planning.

Physical discipline is creating habits you love by doing things you used to hate.

Regular exercise.

Adequate rest.

Balanced nutrition.

Endless motivation to be an example not a warning.

Without exercise

First three days here, still no sun.

Without exercise we can still be 100% engaged with wellness.

There are still other areas of focus.

No exercise, no problem.

Focus on sleep. Bedtime. Total hours.

Focus on nutrition. Balanced. Fresh. Portion control. Snacking.

Focus on motivation. You know, the stuff that gives you the power to make the best decisions even when, especially when, you would rather cave to less desirable choices.
