Disney Institute Customer Service, body

handwritten note on white Mickey Mouse head sticker
There was a celebration of Walt at “One Man’s Dream” in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Can’t recall the year.

Disney Institute class…

Disney’s Approach to Customer Service.

Thesis statement…

Exceed expectations, pay attention to details.

Next is the Disney Compass:

Needs, Wants, Stereotypes, and Emotions.

Going to Walt Disney World, body

After today’s (Monday) standard morning workout movement, and some yard work, heading to Walt Disney World to check in.

Checkin time is 3:00 PM.

Hoping to arrive early and settle in earlier than that.

Rest is a superpower

Rest generally means sleep.

Rest also means taking a break. Any duration. Any time.

Rest might last a relative lifetime. Say, retirement from working.

Rest may also be defined as quitting.

Blogging resting will be here soon.

Today is Sunday, one of my favorite physical rest days.

Rest from what?

Rest from what?

Saturday, today, is a rest day.

Rest from what?

From physical exertion.

Anything else?

Yes, and not just on the weekends.

Going full-time, and permanent, in about a year. Resting from work.

No brakes

Apple Watch fitness app screen
Today’s walk. Also completed the traditional no-gym gym workout.

No brakes or no breaks?

No brakes means rolling down the highway with no brakes. Dangerous. Risky. Dumb.

It also means, to me, no brakes for living life to the fullest. Obviously subjective, and, decently inspiring.

i’m rolling down the next phase of the highway of life…

With no brakes.

Lovin’ it, too, by the way.

Finally, no breaks?

Yes, and…

Lining up a series of major “breaks” in life.

The next serious break in life happens in 11 days.

Not intending to “stick the landing” by April Fools Day.

Why?

Life goes on. The final, command decision, with years of consideration, happened kinda last minute. Perhaps less than a month ago.
