Will today be remarkable and fun?

After a good night’s sleep, a long walk, the no-gym gym workout, and a nutritious breakfast, let the fun begin.

The ‘remarkable’ in “remarkable and fun” is a personal metric.

It’s remarkable how i feel after accomplishing early morning victories: rest, movement, fuel.

Not everyday is a joyful workout. Various things can make it feel more like work. This is where finding a million ways to stay motivated pays off remarkably well.

Funny saying about healthy people — From the halls of Cedar Crest College in Allentown Pennsylvania while visiting ‘potential’ colleges with Chapin in 2018.

What will it be like to attend Cheryl’s 50th High School reunion?

The first time i visited Allentown was 1979.

My College Dorm Resident Advisor (RA) partner recommended we visit.

We were fellow RA’s on the top (6th) floor of a co-ed dorm.

This was the first year West Chester State College ever had co-ed dorms.

Snow and corner house in Allentown, PA. Cheryl’s mom was born in this house and lived in it her entire life. She was 92 when she sold it and then moved to Senior Housing. The front room in this photo – all i’ve ever known as the living room – was once a one-room corner grocery store for the local community.

Drove Cheryl to the airport a few days ago.

The airline we’re using only flies Orlando to Allentown twice a week.

i’ll be flying up the second day they fly this week.

An ordinary gift?

They’re everywhere.

A hot, nutritious meal.

Headache medicine. And a medicine cabinet with some.

The ability to reach high.

The ability to kneel.

Insurance to help pay for an eye exam and eye glasses.

Something worth seeing more clearly.
