Only preach what you practice

Two beds

(photo: looks like rest will be peaceful, and shared)

Work took priority over exercise yesterday. Called an audible because the day prior had seen a strong bike ride and a great core workout at Gold’s Gym.

So yesterday became an ‘active rest’ day.

Only preach what you practice.

Do you often cross your fingers with hope a Doctor’s visit goes well?

Plantar Fasciitis
Today’s foot challenge is unrelated to Plantar Fasciitis

Do you often cross your fingers with hope a Doctor’s visit goes well? Or maybe even pray?

How many of us are challenged with chronic pain?

What are our options?

Find a million ways to overcome?

Or give up?

Unplanned Podiatrist visit made for late arrival to client (graphic artist) meeting – life is challenging, learn to recognize and control the controllables

Remember. How. Slow. Dial. Up. Was?

The 30 minute run was sacrificed for a 30-minute call to GoDaddy. So lucky to encounter Abby, a young and rising GoDaddy star.

In less than two hours, before arriving at the airport even, everything (90 domains) was migrated from shared hosting to web hosting.

Back to Usain Bolt fast.

Life’s first two big choices covered for today, now the third big choice gets it’s shot here.
