Parked the bike where i always do.
Caught the eye of Sherry from Disney Security.
It’s her duty to ask questions when she sees anything that doesn’t seem normal. She asked, “Are you a working Cast Member?”
We had a nice conversation. She took my employee ID number (which i support). She let me go on about my day.
Note: Asked her if she knows Greg at the Contemporary-to-MK security bag check. She does. Asked if she knows Amy and Alonzo at DU Security. She does. Told her i just spoke to Amy. Sometimes, a big place can feel like Family, even as a Disney retiree.

Dumped invested a pile of money on a 20+ year old Toyota a few days ago.
Returned the next day to repeat the process on an even older Toyota.

You grew up in small town America.
Well, actually, you grew up outside small town America, in a subdivision of 24 homes.
Summers were your favorite Pennsylvania season.
Why?
Because you loved the heat.
And you loved being barefoot and shirtless as a kid.
Free.
Spirited.
You are no different now. Except for barefoot. Your chronic foot pain requires constantly wearing shoes.
