While We’re On The Subject

Yesterday’s post included photos from Disney’s Epcot Theme Park in Orlando, Florida – my home for the past 27 years. When we moved to Orlando, from Washington State, I told Cheryl the goal was to live within five minutes of Disney World.

Our first apartment – 18 miles away.

Our first home – 30 miles away.

Current residence – one mile away.

Guess where we work?

What does this post have to do with health and wellness? Everything. Balance and doing what you love.

You Will Never Be

Today is the healthiest you will ever be, unless you start doing something proactive.

You are going downhill every day you aren’t fighting it.

Perhaps it’s the greatest victory we could ever hope to win – the one over ourselves.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers today.

Where Are You Going With This?

Too Bad There's Not An Express Lane For Self-Discipline
Too Bad There's Not An Express Lane For Self-Discipline

People are very often annoyed by people who know where they are going. It’s easy to hate people who are focused and have enormous self-discipline. Isn’t it? I mean, what part of that is hard?

Those self-motivated go-givers are always having things go their way.

They get all the breaks.

And they have none of the challenges we have. Right?

Truth be told, their lives might be more challenging than yours.

It’s just that they’ve figured out that the two choices we all get to make are the two choices in yesterday’s post.
