Decision fatigue and our body.
There are many food choices. Learn the super foods and eat them abundantly.
Create a system so you have the food you eat regularly readily available at home.
Conquer stress triggers as well as the desire to eat poorly when stressed. Make your decision making easy so you do not eat when under pressure.
Eat fresh. The fewer ingredients the better. Ideally five or less ingredients.
Move like you mean it.
Decide if you believe your body is the temple housing everything keeping you alive. Then let your decisions prove it.
