Been thinking about how well the past couple weeks have been going with sets & reps for my no-gym gym workouts.
Aging teaches me that i must balance what my brain wants to do and says that i can do.
My Disney creativity (on high excitement-mode from all the Disney purging) is suggesting an exercise purge may be helpful.
It asks, “Would a week away from exercise be a blessing in disguise?”
And i’m thinking the pros and cons.
Pros:
- Rare, beneficial ‘extended rest to muscles, ligaments, tendons, etc.
- Spend that time enjoying the Paris to Normandy River Cruise in a way that doesn’t require an exercise commitment/distraction.
Cons:
- Can’t think of any that are real.
