The worst excuse

The common dangers of life are conformity, apathy, and lack of clarity.

We make one of two choices regarding personal wellness motivation: our flame burns brightly or it goes out for good.

The worst excuse?

It takes too long.

So if this is our reason for not starting a consistent personal wellness program, imagine what happens down the road because we never started.

Then imagine down the road had we begun and stayed with it.

Like quietly promising ourselves we’re going to get healthy one day, a decade can pass and nothing happens. Or, 10 years pass and we become vibrantly healthy.
