Greater than kindness?

Hiking through Glacier National Park as a 60-year old is something i take for granted because i never see 60 as a thing that limits people, but people tell me i’m wrong.

How well do you practice kindness?

There is no greater wisdom than kindness.

Or is there?

What about physical health as the greatest wisdom?

Maybe decent physical health is the greatest wisdom we can practice.

So many people benefit from a person’s physical wellbeing. Obviously the healthy person, but also the potential care giver(s) and financial resources that are protected from healthcare services.

Do not hit snooze

i do not always get eight hours of sleep. But i always have it as the goal and always strive to achieve it daily.

Do not hit the snooze button.

Why?

Staying in bed past the time you wanted to wake up is an insidiously unproductive habit. It masks a deeper root cause.

It is a habit fed by a lack of important life elements:

  • Sleep
  • Purpose
  • Motivation

To live a life void of these three elements seems careless and criminal.
