Mourn or rejoice is up to you

The first sunny day, yesterday, was day seven. But by 4:00 PM, we knew the odds of seeing the big orange ball dip into the Gulf of Mexico were close to zero. Photo: 2:00 PM.
Walking to the beach at 5:30 PM and gazing over the sea grape bushes.

We did not mourn because the rose bush has thorns, we rejoiced because the thorn bush has roses.

We didn’t mourn because the clouds blocked the sun, we rejoiced because we are all together at one of our favorite places.

We also rejoiced because it wasn’t raining and because our three layers kept us warm enough.

Lose the weight

Wind is an intriguing Pixar short story. Wind stereotypically doesn’t move heavy objects. Great habits usually move heavy objects.

Want to feel lighter?

You’re welcome.

So healthy no one notices

You need to “Celebrate You” every day, all day.

So healthy no one notices.

What?

What if your health choices were so consistent and excellent (not perfect) and no one noticed?

This question is a great argument that we should not mold our behavior to other people’s expectations, we should never forget this one truth – to thine own self be true.

You will notice your efforts and results, and that my friend, matters more than anything.

CMO

Hugh McLeod artist
Hugh McLeod’s cartoons speak to many people.

CMO?

Chief Motivation Officer.

As CEO of You, Inc., you need a CMO.

Crazy thing is, you already have a CMO.

It’s you.

But you already saw me taking you there, right?
