It’s quite possible that tomorrow’s scheduled Monday morning run will not happen because of the early call time at the Winter Garden Theater.
And last night i did a blinding flash of the obvious, i tightened the three velcro straps on both of my night resting foot splints. There’s a decent chance this will eliminate the left foot pain i occasionally feel.
PS. i’m currently planning on not running tomorrow morning, but i’m also open to the notion that a shorter run is a remote possibility.

There is a great temptation to do more, more often. i get it. Working inside Disney for 30 years, it’s crystal clear, we are never satisfied.
This could be a burden. But it’s not. Here’s why.
The whole organization isn’t satisfied. In fact, we are proud of the fact that pushing the limits energizes us.
As Walt Disney (who’s birthday is tomorrow December 5) said, “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.”
Yesterday was a non-run day and i carved out time to visit a former Disney Institute colleague at Disney University (where he’s been for the past decade) for lunch.

Felt good to go nine miles. Felt good to dip near seven minutes in mile four. The little things can be good for our soul, if we aren’t too busy to notice.
