Positives are everywhere

Body temperature thermometer
Starting day three hovering in 99 to 100 temperature.

Positives are everywhere.

In this third day of being ill, my sickness could be much worse. So for now, i will feel like this is a Christmas present from the Universe.

Thank you vision

Body temperature thermometer
Second day with fever and body aches.

Thank you’s can have cross-over meaning.

When i thought of this Blog’s title, “Thank you vision”, i was thinking of a lifelong vision to stay physically vibrant.

Two seconds later “thank you vision” means regaining my left-eye eyesight.

That’s the beauty of any spiritual celebration marking a milestone. For Christians, tomorrow marks the milestone of a Messiah‘s arrival.

It seems to me that anything worth celebrating for one reason, can hatch an infinite number of additional reasons to celebrate.

Happy winter 2024, body

Winter began yesterday. Cold days. Short daylight hours. Let’s think about how we traditionally spend our winters…

Ever think of yourself as a personal trainer?

If yes, why?

If no, why?

Let’s assume a few things:

  1. Personal trainers are instructors
  2. Personal trainers are hopeful
  3. Working without a personal trainer is traditional
  4. Working without a personal trainer puts it all on you

We become what we do, what we eat, and how we rest.

Intentionally or unintentionally.

Can you imagine the difference between the two approaches?
