Highest water levels since 2004. Water is Alligator real estate. Today’s Disney-hike encountered a dozen close-water paths.

Hiking intensity and duration was off this year. It is what it is.

Valuable lessons learned that otherwise would not have been learned.

Meanwhile, while stepping on the scale the past three mornings, am shocked at the weight.

Lightest in many years.

Lean feels good.

Just not sure how i got here.

Gaining weight

When you don’t feel good, you can give off that karma too. No one deserves that.

Gaining weight in the past few days.

Could tell by the way i felt that the healthy range was being compromised.

Woke up two days ago feeling full – you should never wake up feeling full.

Sure enough, the scale was over 160.

Same today and closer to 161.

The vibrancy that extra weight steals is insidious.

When you remain in a target zone of thriving weight, you are present and mindful when unhealthy change happens.
