One mailbox a day

Cannot recall why this photo was taken a few days ago.

Build small habits, and make big plans.

If your goal isn’t impossible, your not reaching high enough.

The long way is the shortcut.

The last time you exercised should never be more than a few days ago, except for extenuating circumstances a couple times each year.

So healthy no one notices

You need to “Celebrate You” every day, all day.

So healthy no one notices.

What?

What if your health choices were so consistent and excellent (not perfect) and no one noticed?

This question is a great argument that we should not mold our behavior to other people’s expectations, we should never forget this one truth – to thine own self be true.

You will notice your efforts and results, and that my friend, matters more than anything.

Hope your Christmas Day yesterday was balanced with the things you treasure.

Even when traveling. Even when it’s a holiday. Even when you don’t feel like it.

Commit to balance.

Turns out, it’s a habit no matter if we do or if we don’t.

Yeah, habits. They make us or break us.

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since. This website is about our physical health.

Small & Impossible

Sure, it’s crazy, but so what? Who cares? You better!

So I made two goals, opposite ends of the spectrum, which is what I recommend for you – whether beginner, intermediate or advanced. Make a small, easily achievable goal. And then, set an impossible goal.

Small – one mailbox a day for a week.

Impossible – dreamt big to get, and more importantly to stay, healthy – for a lifetime.
