What happens when we refuse to quit?

What happens when we refuse to quit? Magic.

What happens when we refuse to quit?

Progress is made.

Finally down, and staying down, five pounds.

Still have six or seven to go before competition.

Windermere, Florida Run Among the Lakes 5k 2014

A decade ago, the first 5k was run in 22:10.

Giving up on running because it’s just too difficult.

Too much time.

Too many long term injuries.

Too challenging with all the travel and long hours.

Too many other things we could be doing with our time instead of running.
