Pushing through leads to the other side

Masters athlete packed suitcase
My suitcase packed for the 2009 trip to Finland.

Pushing through leads to the other side.

Booked the Lyon, France Hotel yesterday (this is a big deal milestone).

Except when it comes to exercise and healthy eating.
