Last night’s cross country practice was 30-minutes from school.

Organized just enough to do a few remarkable things. All Summer long, i focused on taking it one day at a time, preparing a 15-year old to be much better prepared than last year to start his second year at his new school.

Things like last night’s Cross Country practice at Red Dirt Road are success indicators.

Not much, but much more than that

My smile belies my fear.

Highland Trail Hike
A healthy respect for Grizzlies and Black Bears, but no paralyzing fear of Grizzlies.

The flowers are so small and pretty.

Highland Trail Hike
Well, most of them. Reminded that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Overcoming paralyzing fear is beautiful.

Hell bent on never letting that happen

Spent 15 years traveling the globe revealing the ‘why’ for Disney. People let the what and the how get in the way of their breakthrough. Hell bent on never letting that happen.

What’s the one most important consideration for a lifetime of health, wellness, and balance?

What would you say?

Imagine the power in having an instantaneous answer.
