Movement is worship

Movement is worship.

How can it not be?

It’s simple…

Honor the temple housing everything keeping you alive.

Note: i suspect one of the biggest reasons (motivations) for stopping daily blogging is to use those extra two hours for movement. Or creative, healthy (super) food prep, something i have not invested time nor energy on. Time will tell.

My weight gain from Australia

i know my ideal body weight. When i am at that weight, i feel the most alive, the most capable.

i hate the word diet.

i hate weighing more than my ideal body weight.

.blog .differently

WordPress blogging dashboard
Note the bottom-center numbers. Multiply that by five. Easy to calculate 30,000+ blog posts written. It was only supposed to be 500.

Today is a physical rest day because it’s Saturday.

Yet while i’m taking it easy indoors, there’s been some heavy-lifting mentally on how to manage blogging in Glacier this year.

And to that end, have been “exercising” Disney creativity, and thinking about blogging differently than i have for the past 15 years.

It’s an understatement to say i’ve been working hard on this “change”.

The biggest driver is to find a good reason not to stop blogging.

There, i said it.

Revisiting the notion to stop writing five daily, differently-themed blog posts.

Eye surgery followup, body

Doctor office lobby
Dr Kumar’s office manager’s second book. Photo: sitting in a smaller, darker waiting room. Most people in this room have dilated eyes.

Vision is good:

20/20 right eye

20/25 left eye

Eye pressure within normal range in both eyes.

Now it’s a wait in this room (photo above) to go to a third room, the exam room where i’ll see Dr Kumar.

Physical Concert

The band Journey drum set on stage
Lost track of time. Journey debuted 50 years ago.
13-seconds: Close your eyes and it could be Steve Perry singing.
Pre-concert, was most excited to hear them perform this song.

We’ll get to Def Leppard, but first Journey.

They were good.

A few fan favorites that i know.

Never been a Journey fanatic.

All this means is there are a bunch of bands i like better. Much better.

Led Zeppelin.

Black Sabbath.

Lynyrd Skynyrd.

The Who.

ZZ Top.

AC/DC.

Bad Company.

Rush.

Eagles.

Stones.

U2.

Springsteen.

Bryan Adams.

Nickelback.

Steely Dan.

Yes.

Steve Miller.

Mellencamp.

Queen.

Alright, somebody stop me.
