A 25-mile round-trip bicycle ride to Golds Gym, including an 80-minute layover workout at the gym.

Giving my calves, especially the right one, a break.

Only 13 days before Nationals. Sure, i could literally cry from the disappointment. But instead, i will focus on, and rejoice in, the journey.

After all, all of life is a journey.
