Windsurfing is exercise, but the need for a convenient ocean makes it a hassle for most people.

Dear Son, we tried a few things last year, remember?:

  • Running short distances
  • Water Polo
  • Swimming (yes, different than water polo)
  • Walking

You know me by now, we will keep trying. Fail yes. Quit no. We can’t quit, it’s part of work life balance, and diet and exercise are indespensible.
