Your body is the temple housing everything that keeps you alive.

My awareness of health dates back to 8th grade.

That’s when i decided i wanted to become a Gym Teacher, or as it’s politically correct to say, a Health and Physical Education (PE) Teacher.

In 1977, i entered West Chester State College to earn a BS in Health and PE.

Nutrition.

Exercise.

Habits.

Wellness.

Teaching in public schools.

The next generation of adults.

How to live a healthy life.

So yeah, 8th grade was in 1971-1972.

Is that really 47 years ago?

Looks like my efforts to change the world failed.

The good news, i have been able to consistently change myself to become healthy and well.

Perhaps, if i’m lucky, i can help change two others to not conform to society’s poor health and habits and rituals.

The way to go can seem confusing even when it’s obvious.

Take your health for example.

Which way should you go?

Great health?

Neglect?

The answer is obvious.

Yet.

Match your answer against your wellness habits.

So simple. So elusive. In business. In personal life. Master this and life doesn’t become easy, but it surely gets easier.

Are you willing to die to save yourself and enjoy a rare freedom?

And by die, this metaphorically means burying your old, unhealthy, daily habits and rituals.

Could you defeat the enemy and be considered a victor?

Are you willing to pay the price, at all costs?

Would paying the ultimate price inspire your loved ones to travel a similar path?

What price?

What sacrifice?

Defeat poor health and wellness habits.

Giving up the comfort and ease to lead yourself into nothing but healthy habits – are you willing and able?
