When you think about what it takes to be an owner, it can be daunting:

  • Mental toughness
  • Vision
  • Hard work.

What fuels the motivation to be an owner will quickly run out if we do not take care of the whole person.

Do not run on empty, but do run, or walk, dance, yoga, garden, swim, bike, gym, whatever.

Be well like you mean it.
