Traveled the second half of yesterday from Allentown to Walt Disney World. Back to our home routine this morning.
First run in seven days.
Between the cold and the travel disruptions from our routine, excuses for not exercising are easy to make.

We walked and talked, and stopped for a few photos.
Literally shut out by the travel disruption. No exercise to speak of on Friday or yesterday (Monday). Did get a 5k walk in yesterday, so that was better than nothing.
Take what we can get when the going gets tougher.

Grateful to get 40 minutes to run. Didn’t make time for a gym workout. Hotel gyms are usually inadequate if you aren’t doing cardio (and i wasn’t). So, 50% is sometimes acceptable…
But when it comes to leadership, 100% is the only acceptable standard.
