Stress does weird things

Stress does weird things.

Yesterday morning after multiple 8-hour sleep nights, i needed a nap by 8:00 AM.

Totally confused by this.

Then, eureka!

There’s a lot going on in the background right now. More than usual.

Logic (and experience) tells me the stress is wearing me down.

You feel better afterwards

Apple World Wide Developers Conference is in three days. Love the image….the image speaks to how i often feel when something great happens.

You feel better afterwards.

What?

After exercising, generally, you feel better afterwards.

Son, bank on this (99.1% of the time).

Physically exhausted from talking all day

Taking care of ourselves before others initially seems selfish. Went to bed early, thus missing “networking” opportunities.

Teaching all day leaves me invigorated and as physically tired as if I had run a marathon.

So tonight around 6pm, i expect to feel inspired by the great work we did.

Also expect to feel like i’ve been run over by a truck.
