All our healthy, vibrant dreams flushed down the drain?

Seems so.

Are we willing to start over or is quitting our way of life?

A choice is always available.

Honor your inner voice.

Even if it’s as simple and slow as ultra-slow jogging – to the neighbor’s mailbox.

That’s what I did yesterday morning.

Walked one mile. Ultra-slow jog 100 meters. Walk a half mile. Done.

Love how challenging life is and how very few of our friends and acquaintances know the obstacles we are facing.

All of us have a pile of struggles (opportunities) (blessings) that are virtually invisible to others.

But guaranteed. We all have them. Plenty of them.

Often, more than we feel can handle.

Note to self, do not (ever, ever) feel these are reasons to quit exercising.
