Today at the gym, i decided to use the visit entirely for stretching.
Intentionally took a break from strength exercises.
Why?
My body was whispering in my ear that it would be helpful.
So i listened.
PS. Wrote this post after the four mile roundtrip walk to the gym. Also, there were a few decades in my life where i thought my body was whispering, “You don’t need to worry about being active. No one else does.”

Pain is your body’s way of speaking to you. While the above are all possibilities, so is a simple muscle strain. So i’m backing off the core exercises to see if rest is the remedy.
