Who’s the most important member of your healthcare team?

Healthy and active aging
Healthy and active aging is possible. Just ask 93-year-old Dixon Hemphill (L) and 100-year-old Orville Rogers (R). And it requires a lifetime commitment once you decide to start. You can start at any time, but quitting is not conducive to lifetime wellness.

Who’s the most important member of your healthcare team?

Family Doctor?

Dentist?

Optometrist?

Specialist(s)?

As we age, we have the increased odds of having a larger team.

So your answer?

You are the most important member of your healthcare team.

Go.

Be well.

PS. Link to the sprint rematch two days ago. And a bonus featuring 102-year old Hurricane Hawkins – setting the 100m and 60m world records.
