The surreality of the gym last night blindsided me. It was you’re first team practice in the weight room. Dude, last night was a big deal. Congratulations.

The 2015 Track comeback is officially underway

Today will be track workout number two of 2015.

Kinda like the start of a new school year, back in the day when we were kids.

Will most likely run on the sidewalk again, in the shadows of Universal Studios.

Will park at Gold’s Gym, and run to this location as a warmup, then run back to Gold’s for a gym workout.

Fearing failure is perhaps our biggest fear.

What if we felt not trying was actually the true failure?

Sadly, it would be okay because not trying is an acceptable, perverted pervasive society standard.

A picture is often worth 1,000 words. You don't have to go to the gym, but you do have to move.

Lane 8’s theme this month is “Similar Differences”. Our differences are similar. I love running, but will never push running on someone. I exercise at dawn, but would never say you have to do it then. They only thing I’ll insist on is that you insist on getting started and never quitting. The rest is just individual details. Fair enough?
