Ab man is the name I gave him. Five years ago, new to Gold’s Gym, watching his stamina in doing ab work was astonishing.
Last night we were working on our core next to each other. Hey ab man I said. He said back, you’re the ab man.
He said he doesn’t do much core work anymore. He’s more focused on running.
And then it hit. He has passed the baton.
