No time for exercise yesterday. Up at 4:30am. Out the door at 6:00am. In bed 11:00pm
Days like this happen frequently.
It’s how we organize our others days that determines whether exercise is a habit or not.

When we dedicate ourselves to an active lifestyle in spite of the overwhelming odds it will fail, we can go into a day without the need to exercise because it will be so stimulating that physical activity is not necessary this day.
It’s a nice feeling.
