Yeah, it’s the unlocking part that people are interested in. Not only able to unlock Disney success methods, but also life-balance success methods. It’s my life’s work.
The workout two days ago was a long way from home.
It was in a stark facility.
i didn’t do anything i normally do.
The change was refreshing, inspiring, and thought-provoking.
We shall see if it leads to a new approach to my routine.
PS. We are on our third week – three mailboxes a day for a week.

Walking may be healing my feet.
Looking forward to this morning’s four-mile roundtrip walk to the gym.
Too early to know for sure, but it feels like abandoning the bicycle and walking 9-12 miles (just to & from the gym) a week is doing something important for my feet.
