Apparently, physical vibrancy promotes contagious energy

Yesterday’s view as you exited the Waldorf Astoria’s (at Disney) ballroom.

(intentional third person dialogue)

Apparently, physical vibrancy promotes contagious energy.

A physically vibrant 59-year old just does what he does, without thinking about it.

He’s focused on reaching people’s hearts and being the transformational catalyst to help them .think .differently

Many of yesterday’s audience comments revolved around the energy and enthusiasm that’s part of his speaking style.

The CEO led the personal comments.

He appeared to be the same age.

It was not his intent to remind anyone that older adults – particularly busy business leaders – are probably not spending enough time honoring the temple housing everything keeping them alive.

Who’s the most important member of your healthcare team?

Healthy and active aging
Healthy and active aging is possible. Just ask 93-year-old Dixon Hemphill (L) and 100-year-old Orville Rogers (R). And it requires a lifetime commitment once you decide to start. You can start at any time, but quitting is not conducive to lifetime wellness.

Who’s the most important member of your healthcare team?

Family Doctor?

Dentist?

Optometrist?

Specialist(s)?

As we age, we have the increased odds of having a larger team.

So your answer?

You are the most important member of your healthcare team.

Go.

Be well.

PS. Link to the sprint rematch two days ago. And a bonus featuring 102-year old Hurricane Hawkins – setting the 100m and 60m world records.

Go.

Have fun.

Work hard.

At what point do adults shun regular exercise?

Basketball score board
Day to day, do you keep score?

Every athlete on the floor last night played with lightning-fast reflexes and boundless energy.

At what point do adults shun regular exercise?

Why?

And what would their world be like if they didn’t?
