Bug on a napkin in a man’s hand
In our garage before heading out for yesterday’s pre-roadtrip 5-miler, i spot a tired fly. Wondered if it would hop aboard a napkin…
5-second video: Context is everything. You know how skittish flies are. This is one exceptionally exhausted fly, and, hopefully, an exceptionally grateful fly.

The karma that started yesterday morning before ever heading out for a walk….

Could try to write about it yet it seems the photos and video say it all.

Humbled.

By the blessing to write five-a-day for 16 consecutive years. Never missing a single day. Not one.

We’ve already visited four Central Florida Honda dealerships over the weekend.

Our first stop today, Monday, is Tampa.

If it goes well, we are done. If it doesn’t we head north to Port Richey.

If all goes well, at either location, we drive two cars to the Comfort Inn for the night.

If it doesn’t go well, we still spend tonight (with one car) at the Comfort Inn just a few miles from the Gulf of Mexico.

Note: Walked five miles and did a nice no-gym gym workout early today.

Recognition stereotypically doesn’t make our daily to-do lists. So nationwide we try to add it for one week out of 52.

Long lists make you hurry to get it all done.

We hurry because we want to reach our destination.

Produced a few remarkable things for a Paper Mill town without a stoplight nor a grocery store.

One of the least important was a nobody who ran the 440 (400 meters in today’s speak).

Turns out that kid set a High School 440 record that stood for 45 years.
