Was outside for several hours yesterday. There are many who didn’t go outside at all. And there are many who only went outside to get in their car to drive to work. Photo: Two days ago at Epcot.

Totally get that people are busy, because i’m busy too and always have been, my entire life.

Good morning

One walking partner is in college, the other lives at home. One character is named Rowdy.

Heading out the door at 5:30AM to walk for 30 minutes has so much competition from other easier things to do at 5:30AM, namely sleep, drink coffee, etc.

So why head out the door at 5:30AM?

Think about it this way, if i have to explain, the answer will most likely never be understood by the recipient.

Character traits and behaviors are an asset. Do what you need to do to get and stay healthy – for a lifetime.

How cool is it that we can over-write negative scripts with remarkably positive, self-fulfilling scripts?
