Who’s the most important member of your healthcare team?

Healthy and active aging
Healthy and active aging is possible. Just ask 93-year-old Dixon Hemphill (L) and 100-year-old Orville Rogers (R). And it requires a lifetime commitment once you decide to start. You can start at any time, but quitting is not conducive to lifetime wellness.

Who’s the most important member of your healthcare team?

Family Doctor?

Dentist?

Optometrist?

Specialist(s)?

As we age, we have the increased odds of having a larger team.

So your answer?

You are the most important member of your healthcare team.

Go.

Be well.

PS. Link to the sprint rematch two days ago. And a bonus featuring 102-year old Hurricane Hawkins – setting the 100m and 60m world records.

Beat the 1964, 1968, 1972 and 1976 Olympic Champions?

Somewhere late 1978, early 1979…the 1980 Winter Olympics around the corner…

Man at the table: “You want to beat the 1964, 1968, 1972 and 1976 Olympic Champions? That’s a pretty lofty goal.”

Herb Brooks: “That’s why i want to do it.”

If your goal isn’t impossible, you’re not reaching high enough.
