We may conceal them for decades

We all have pains invisible to others and we may conceal them for decades

Please count active rest as exercise. If you planned it and it’s an integral part of your wellness routine, than it counts 100%.

But the past five days of no running have not been planned.

Only three more days until the Podiatrist looks at the newest foot challenge.

Even in pain

quote
Even in pain. Suck it up and live like you mean it.

Foot is so sore, there have been many moments the past week where it’s been painful simply to walk.

Suck it up.

Listening to our body is not just for freaks of nature

Make continuously better choices and make zero excuses.

Our first action is determining what will be left undone – possibly forever

Albert Einstein quote
Who writes our script? Who also gets to rewrite it?

What tradeoffs are we willing to make?

To create time to get (and stay) healthy we have to destroy the time we spent doing some other thing.

This is more important than figuring out exactly what type of exercise we need to do.

Our first action is determining what will be left undone – possibly forever.

Painful?

Yes.

Easy?

No.

Worth the effort?

Only one person can rationalize our answer.
