You have a clear, concise, compelling reason for neglecting this common sense, lifetime strategy, right?

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.

Would have been easier to turn on the TV and stay in the room

Would have been easier to turn on the TV, relax, and stay in the room. i was tired.

Quote about determination and focus

(photo: The same can be said in reverse…persistent neglect and apathy will mean a consistent decline)

Will a person admit to themselves that their life, and their weight, are slowly and steadily spinning out of control?

Could they wake up one morning and realize that the food choices they’ve been making, the disrupted sleep habits they’ve been subjected to (maybe self-imposed), and the lack of exercise have contributed to creating a serious health issue?

Not to mention a person who doesn’t even look like the person they used to be.

As if a bomb went off and destroyed their temple.
